Silent Pool English Garden Expression Gin

Inspired by the rolling Surrey Hills, a true garden of England. Building upon the traditional gin base of juniper, English Garden Expression is a masterful blend of sweet peach and bright citrus with aromatic florals. Applying our unique Silent Pool Gin method of production, we have been able to create a gin which boasts a fresh floral aroma without the use of extracts or post-distillation infusions. Locally inspired ingredients such as lavender, rose, chamomile and summer stone fruits are the heroes of this gin, celebrating an idyllic English Garden.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE -A wonderful floral nose arise with peach and apricot summer fruits.
PALATE- Light, elegant and smooth with creamy peach marrying flawlessly with a vibrant and well balanced floral body. Lemon and a grapefruit bitterness pair with a subtle spice to provide complementary bass notes.
FINISH - Unmistakeable pine is provided by juniper whilst a tannic dryness arises form the jasmine green tea, contrasting the sweet peach notes.
