At Silent Pool Gin, we aim for complete satisfaction with every bottle; however, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened products. Please note that due to the nature of our spirits, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or consumed.

If your gin arrived damaged, please provide clear photographic evidence of the packaging and the bottle to expedite your refund or replacement.
Secure Packaging
Ensure the items are safely packed in their original shipping materials to prevent breakage during the return transit to our distillery.
Final Inspection
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the seal; approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
