Our signature gin, with 24 botanicals carefully chosen for their uniqueness. All the botanicals work together in unison to afford a romantic, complex flavour. Fresh floral and clarifying citrus notes are grounded by earthy and spicy cassia bark and cubeb.  The smooth finish is achieved with the help of local honey. Refreshingly individual, intricately realised gin at an ABV of 43%.

Recommended serve is with a generous handful of ice, Indian tonic, and a twist of orange peel to garnish.

An innovative and alluring gin handcrafted with the world’s rarest citrus. Expertly balances bright and zesty notes of Buddha’s Hand with enticingly rich notes of Natsu Dai Dai, subtly sweetened with Hirado Buntan.

One 70cl Bottle of Silent Pool Rose Expression Gin

Distilled with a unique rose tea infusion to create a distinctive yet delicate rose flavour.

Rose Expression Gin shares the Silent Pool Gin DNA in terms of its complexity and refreshingly individual character, however the core recipe has been refined to compliment and enhance the rose notes. Some of the original botanicals - pear, bergamot, cubeb and cardamom - have been increased while lemon becomes the leading citrus.

The bottle carries a pink copper ribbon to denote the rose flavour.

To serve: Add ice, elderflower tonic and garnish with a slice of fresh pear.
